looking for directory installation + template design service

i am looking for a person to install a directory so I can have a directory on my website. I think phpld but am open to ideas.

I think that ideally i am looking for

the directory will need to offer

-no reciprical with no follow
- reciprical with follow
- sponsor a category
thumbnail
page rank display
site of the day
tag cloud
capcha/can you do math
reciprical checker

so you see i am looking for a quality directory script and also will need this with my current website header and footer.
