    Are you from India

If yes then you can withdraw funds from your indian paypal account using check delivery or bank transfer. There is no fee if you withdraw through bank transfer and amount is more then 7000 INR otherwise you need to pay $5 fee for each withdrawal. For each check withdrawal you need to pay $5 fee as far as i know.

    DON.

You should give Credit Card info, to verify your account. It gives more advantages and it's safe.

You can withdraw funds from Paypal using cheque ($5 fee) or by direct bank transfer. Most people prefer direct bank transfers.

It's free, if withdrawal amount is more than Rs. 7000/-.

Safe or not - you can always fill a claim and get your money back ( if you have some problems ).

Do not worry..Paypal is not going to steal your money using credit cards...

People are apprehensive about PP simply because it suspends your account without giving your balance back...and if it decides to close your account...your balance with them..is gone..forever!
