well , i want to host some heavy warez , mp3 , video , download/upload sites..but i need an offshore hosting which can meet my demands..but what is the safety that i wont be sued for suck activities even after hosting in companies that allow adult , warez , etc.. this maybe in the wrong section guys..but couldn't find a better place.
If you do not have the guts to be sued, then don't do it, simple as that. Every offshore host will say anything to get your business. When their bottoms are burnt, you will be the first they turned in.
i bag to disagree not all hosts are like that. i host a few wearz websites for people and alot of them are worryed just like you are m8.. but i reged there names for them. i never ask them for anything but there email they want listed on there account and i also make a custem payment link for them so they can feel safe. why because if someone sues me i could care less. but i would never give out my clients info. and for people really worryed i just don't ask for all there info this way they know they are safe.

Exactly, there isn't a choice unless you want to be in jail for a client. I don't trust those who knowingly flout the law. If they can flout the law, what makes you think that they will honor a contract?
there is no law saying i have to ask my clients where they live ect.. those a court can order info be givin but if there is no info then the court can say anything. the only thing they can do is order the site taken down. but you can not be jailed for not keeping a recored of your clients info. i have looked this over and my brother is a RCMP Police officer and has said the same thing. so as i said before i would bag to differ with you. yes if ordered and you have the info you would be forced to give it up. but if you don't have the info thent hey can't force you to give it up. untop of that some people use fake names address's phone numbers ect for webhosting and unless you call them to check all there info if you where givin a court order you would give them the info you where given and it would lead no where because that person never gave you real info to begin with
