PayPal Problem

    Hi Guys,

    I have really big problem in paypal on 24th Dec my account got a case form paypal and form that same day my sending, receiving and withdraw options were banned, i submitted all the required documents including my national id card, bank statement etc. but still after 2 months they didn't retrieve my account to normal status. I send them several mails but all gone in vain.

    Can anybody tell me what to do?

    You could try ringing them?

    Or send a recorded letter to their headquarters?

    I could personally gin them and get the issue sorted out now!

    Calling them always works. If the person who answers isnt helpful, ask for a supervisor.

    Call them and discuss the issue directly to expedite process.

    They are very lazy at responding e-mails. :rolleyes:

    i mailed them 4-5 times regarding my problems and finally after 2-3 months they provide me the way to get my money back.

    Note: i submitted my all proofs including bank account statement, national id card etc.

    I've been there, was rejected by paypal to 3 times, but after that I send the document along with a brief message if it's just that I can provide as evidence
