Yes, you can use, Alertpay or HooPay.com
    Both accept credit card payments.

Mastercard and Visa are easy enough. Just be aware that the banks are out to screw you, they are not there to help you. The merchant i.e. YOU bare all the liability for 'card not present' transactions. Virtually any and all 'chargebacks' will be successful unless you can somehow prove the person whose card you used was the person placing the order.

Of course when it comes to online transaction where the merchant cannot see the physical credit card or the person face-to-face, the merchant would be charged with the burden of proof but generally if you take the necessary due diligence, you can minimize the risk. The way I see it, depending on the product you deal with, most people are generally honest.

Use 2checkout.com, they are the highly reliable and does not have any monthly fee. All you need to do it to sign up at 2checkout.com with the one time setup fee of $49.

Moreover, 2checkout.com payment gateway also support payment using PayPal.

I prefer mastercard over visa due to its flexibility of use.
Also like to use paypal as it become safe.
2co.com is also good and trustable.

You could try payment gateways that accept merchants from africa or third party processors. I could assist you in your search !
