BUYING: Your $50 Website!

I'm looking to buy a website for max $50 , what have some content (preferable blog ) and have some small traffic -preferrable from SE.
There is only 2 things what the website must have-
It must be on .com or .net domain ( not interested in .info's )
and it must be at least PR2 !

(preferable if the website would be about forex, investing, money, finances, diet, health,loans...but I'm interested in anything else as well!)
But please no proxies or image hosting sites!
