    uhmm.. I mean I have a busy bee wordpress theme.. and I don't know how to change or customize my gravatar. So I need help :)

    You have to do that on the website www.gravatar.com.
    If you don't already have an account, you need to sign up for one. The Gravatar image is fed from the email address that you use, so make sure you create an account using the same email address that you use as your blog author or administrator.

    If you are using the same email for both, it will work as long as you have Gravatar support, sometimes it takes a while. It's not instant.
