TDNAM expired PR domain? Will it decreased soon?

    I noticed some PR (not faked) and aged domain on TDNAM expired auction.
    My question is :
    1. If i install a simple wordpress immediately, will the PR dropped fast?
    2. Will the creation date is resetted back to my purchasal date ? (and it won't be old again)

    1. Probably you'll lose the PR
    2. Creation date will not change ;)

    Great, the creation date won't be changed :) But too bad probably the PR will be dropped.
