    A PR3 sports/SOCCER related website is for sale - Sergio Busquets (for those who don't know who he is -- he is a young midfielder from FC Barcelona, whose time is about to come. However, he is getting more and more minutes in the first squad.). The site is listed in DMOZ.

    It receives around 220+ visits per month. Traffic is 57% organic, the rest is referrals and direct. See proof here. Assume no revenue.

    Here are some stats:
    - It's a valid PR3 domain name
    - Extremely brandable domain name (it's his first and last name)
    - Ranked high in Google for main keywords, such as 'sergio busquets' (1st or 2nd place)
    - It's listed in DMOZ

    The domain is registered at GoDaddy and it expires 02-Dec-2009.

    When you say "assume no revenue", do you mean it makes some revenue but it's negligible, or that it really doesn't earn any revenue whatsoever?

    The first "option"... It makes some revenue but it's negligible. That means that it received a couple of clicks on AdSense so far.
