To get PR0 it is just a matter of waiting for the next PR update. If you want higher than PR0, work at building links from other pages that have PR.

Yes, PR 0 will happen for sites that have waited for a PR update.

I think PR has deflated though, it use to be a lot easier to get a PR 4-5.

Just continue building link for the site, once your site is index in Google and you have some BL, you will get PR0 soon. Good luck

you will have to wait until the next PR update, make sure you have some dofollow backlinks (digg your articles for a start) and continue posting here on DP

Yes google will need about 1 month, to give you PR0 (also you should be indexed in google search engine)
It is not true that you should wait to next PR update. On the PR update you should get at least PR2 if you build large number of backlinks

I wouldn't worry about getting a pager rank of zero ;)
Build some quality content up and start working on your backlinks and someday you'll laugh at the fact that you asked how long it'll take to get a pr0 :p

hahah this is the most funny topic title I read here so far (well, i'm only using this forum since today). Believe me, getting a pagerank of zero is quite easy, simply don't do anything.

Add your blog also to social bookmarking sites such as del.icio.us and build a sitemap for a faster indexing.

Step 1: Create an XML sitemap
Step 2: Submit it via Google Webmaster Tools
Step 3: Try to get 5-10 unique visitors per day.

I did this on 4 recent websites and 3 of them got a PR 0 whithin 1 month. I have one page that got a PR3 within 6 weeks. The biggest thing I focused on was my content and getting traffic to it (even if it's not much..every bit seemed to help for me)
