    unblock.us was sold for 750$ i suppose which was ranking 4th in google for the term unblock and with alexa 125000

    hopefully it should be near about high $xx to low $xxx as still there are many keyword domains available in .in and .co.in extension including proxies.co.in :p

    Well,
    It is indeed a nice domain for proxy, tho so many proxy websites around which make it kinda useless.

    I'd go for another niche, better niche then proxy.

    Unblock cell phones, therefor - you could do some thing related to that.

    1. unblock phone index
    2. unblock articles
    3. unblock tricks

    Also, you can use both Adsense & affiliate (lot of unblock affiliates).

    Obviously not in the same league as unblock.us but I'd still say high $xx to low $xxx undeveloped. I agree with heading towards unlocking phones rather than proxies but that's up to you. Best of luck!
