STOLEN PR6 DOMAINS! 6link.org and tvinchina.org

Last week digitalpoint user dar!ush purchased 6link.org and tvinchina (and two other names) using stolen paypal accounts (he initiated interest in purchasing PR6 domains from me from my posting at v7n.com). One of his user names there is "manhatan122" the other I believe is "-d-".

The buyers of 6link.org and tvinchina.org need to contact me immediately (PM please). There is an investigation to identify this scumbag.

dar!ush uses multiple user names on every domain name and webmaster forum. Specifically, he uses his throw away user names to scam and "legitimate" user names to sell. He scammed someone else on v7n earlier this week.

More importantly, be careful or weary of overaggressive buyers OR sellers (i.e. quick sale . .. must sell NOW!!), too good to be true deals (PR6 names for $200?????) and buyers who ONLY want to pay using paypal. Also, if someone does sell domains using paypal, make sure that the paypal account is not stolen. For example, if someone pays you using paypal, instead of immediately transferring the name, tell the buyer that you will first send him/her an email to his paypal account email address . . . if he responds, the account "probably" is not stolen. If he can't respond because he/she says "for some strange reason I can't log on to my email account" then I would think twice about the transferring the name.

Thanks for the info there. They would always use Paypal. So sad about them. Before I engage into something too good to be true schemes, I try to check them through Scam Search first. That's a big help though.

What option is there that's superior to Paypal when escrow services are very expensive?
