    You could make the ads have the same background as the sidebar and have the title text the same as the links. Also you could put a few more ads in..

    Are you just copying and pasting articles from their original sources for most of the posts? I'm not sure that's allowed by adsense, anyone else? Find out asap so you don't get banned.

    How many unique visitors are you getting a day or a month if it's not a secret?

    Also you might consider adding your blog to blog directories to get more traffic, for example your blog is not on technorati.

    Well my blog isnt too huge, so that Gaming industry reports me to publish there news, and i just aint copying pasting... and if i do i refer to the orignal post..
