The reason the reports are delayed so much are due to some internal issues within my team and they will be sent out asap. topsurveysites I think the $150 refund I have offered is fair considering 1 of your keywords is already on page 1 but you have not agreed to this. Calum will end up on my ignore list if he keeps up the useless posts.

Great I am not saying anything to you anyway, I am giving helpful advice to your clients about how to deal with a scammer.

You've over double the timeframe, and now you only want to refund a percentage of my money, are you serious?

I said if you refunded me $190 it would be okay. That's still far less then than I paid you originally.
You have my PayPal email (I have emailed it to you over 10 times now).

I will report back here in a days time and if you still haven't refunded me, we can all assume you are scamming us, and then take the matter further by looking into getting your paypal account banned and DP account banned etc.

 

I have not received any such message from you ($190). As I said there are problems in sending and receiving messages via the DP PM system. Your "lesser competitive" keyword was positively on page 1 for a period of ~2 weeks. It is now #15. The offer is fulfilled once page 1 is reached unless the expansion pack fee is paid. To add, your project was taken up on an already DISCOUNTED rate. Also, those threats do not bother me. I will resolve this as it is fit to be resolved, not under threats that have no rationale.

It NEVER reached page 1, it was ranked 12 at one stage but never on the first page, so unless you can show me proof that's BS.

Name calling & histrionics don't impress me. You paid total $250 for 2 keywords. 1 has been delivered as promised. This entitles you to a $125 refund. Despite this, I have offered you a $150 refund via PM which you refuse.

No one lost any rankings. Refunds have been issued wherever appropriate so far.

If you read the thread - I've explicitly stated that the guarantee means that IF the rankings are not achieved the money will be refunded. That is all the guarantee is. No magic. Simple enough to understand. Do you own Google? No! The help you've offered in the previous post is based on SEO know how which is exactly what is being sold here. Can't get more hypocritical

 

I think you miss the point that you cannot guarantee anything with a 3rd party site.

It would be like me guaranteeing someone a room to rent in your home without my owning your home and without your approval......
