    - generates +100 USD/ month on Adsense
    - NO gambling, adult, warez, spam ..etc
    - at least 1000 unique visitors a day
    - domain with age and PR
    - english
    - budget: 6-12x monthly revenue, depends on subject, PR, age etc.
