Mate if your traffic is mostly from SE than you should use Zangocash or other similar programs from www.pay-per-install.com You should be making like 50USD per day. Or you can use clicksor or paypopup. But if you say that you rely on returning visitors and not have very unique content than just paypopup.
yes a lot of my traffic comes from search engines and back links. I have more new visitors daily than returning members I will get exact stats. Using adsense i was doing about 10 a day.
Than if you feel that your content is more or less unique to your visitors and they would fill survey or install some app to get it than Zango or CPA is your solution...
Why not put Yahoo links on until you find a better affiliate. I'm in similar situation with my niche site. I've got decent UV's but can't figure out how to make decent money yet. Need to justify the time I spend developing. Would be very interested in the programs you try. I'm currently testing CJ banners and gathering stats to weed out the poor performers. I'm considering ZangoCash.com but personally none of their content would make me install something to access. Doesn't mean my visitors won't but... we'll see.

See If google is not giving a permission to display adsense it means your site has already flaged, you can put adult friend finder for couple of weeks and test either traffic drops or not. One more thing, the keyword from which you are receiving most of traffic do check how your competitors are trying to monetizes their sites. If they had added adult dating sites they you can also try it.
