Howmuch is my website worth ? ? (+rep)

I'm wondering howmuch my website is worth.

The url: http://www.template-for-free.com/

It's fairly new. It needs Full SEO and has no income/visitors yet. i gues that will make the price drop alot.

But

It has a full admin area to add/edit/remove templates from the database and manage the content of the site. All written in PHP/MySQL.
It also includes database with 100+ templates.

I need an approx qoute for the full website (domain, database, php scripting, design)

i personally wouldn't pay more than $200 to that website, it is well done website though.

Depending on how unique the script is.... 100 bucks or so.

The logo needs work. Also take out the inline adbrite ads. They just annoy people. I don't think they even do well. The banner ads you have are fine. Pretty good domain name btw.

I will work on traffic and income to get the estimated price to about 1K$. Then I probably sell.

its all around $200 - 300...if do good seo it will be sold on 400...

The templates are not unique - would be worth plenty more if they were imo

Also might want to think about changing 'Ealigisms' affiliate links to your own for some extra monitization. At any rate you should at least strip them out

 

Website looks great. I would change the text domain font in the header, but that's just me.
