Well, why not?! Some people live only from adsense... Wish I was earning so much..however if I was able to earn so much from adsense a day I wouldn't use it at all unless sites were made specially for adsense but I do not make such so with such traffic would monetize it/them way better.
OMG, missed the moment with the e-book. Guess if he tries to sell you an e-book about adsense it is pretty likely to be fake screen. However, this doesn't mean that 1k bucks a day are impossible via adsense...but still I belive there are better ways to monetize such traffic!
Ya should be fake since the guy tries to sell you an e-book; why bothering getting several dollars from an e-book, if he gets 1k a day? My advise - don't bye any ebooks, just take a deep look into DP forums - there's pretty much information around and if you have any questions, there's always someone who will catch your thread and help.
