Anybody know the fastest way to become Google Adwords Professional?

hi,my friend told me he took 3 months to get his google adwords professional designation,but he doesn't want to share the tips, I am studying google knowledge in Google Learing Center and preparing my test in 1 month, I have been learning for over 4 months. does anybody know the shortcut way to become a GAP?

exams for adwords? good google is entering new fields.

 

OMG ,you guys really dont know it? Actually,It's called 'Google Advertising Professional',you can use this designation online to get your business.

Requirements:
1. Manage at least one AdWords account (yours or someone else's) in My Client Center for 90 days.
2. Build and maintain at least US$1,000 (or your local currency equivalent) total spend for your or your team's My Client Center account during the 90-day period.
(They emphasize more on 1000 us dollars than info )

Fees: $50 dollars
above 100 question test(MCQ's) in 1 hour 30 minutes with a pass rate of 80% or better


TIPS:
1. Google usually bases its questions on the multimedia learning center
2. The test is online and open-book. So load up a web browser with multiple tabs: in the first tab, log into your Adwords interface, the second tab should be the Adwords learning center, and the third tab should be the Adwords text lessons Print page

3. there are over 100 questions, budget your time by answering the questions you know first. You can mark the questions that you have trouble with and come back to them later.

CAUTIONS:
If you start taking the test and get disconnected from the internet, the test will continue to run and you will not be given any extra time. Check tyour internet connection.

I wish someone use 50 dollars and take snapshots of each question so that other will do it easily. No I was just kiddin. don't ban me google ... no...

Hi everyone,

There are several things you'll need to do prior to taking the test, the main is setting up a Pro Center account. This is a centralized account control panel. The Google Adwords Professional (GAP) exam is fairly easy to pass if you spend due dilligence in the lerning center. There are 109 questions to be exact and you'll need to answer 79 of those correctly to pass. Once completed you'll be sent a logo that can be added to your stationary, business cards and your website(s)...etc

Tips on passing;
- Be prepared for surprise questions that aren't covered in the learning center. If you've watched all of the videos and can answer every practice test 100% then you'll probably be able to pass the 75% requirement.
- Not all of the questions are "best answer" and will require you to choose 2-3 of the 4 choices. This raises the odds of choosing the 1 or 2 wrong answers.
- If you fail the a test the next test questions will be shuffled and are drawn from a pool, so don't try to use the first test to screen print or cheat through it.
- You should open multiple windows to the learning center and the learning center "HELP SEARCH" and be ready to use them if you get stuck. The test center doesn't keep you from opening help windows, but they also pepper in questions that only experience (not the learning center) can answer.
- The test is 90 minutes. You'll only have about 50 seconds per question. While this may sound like plenty of time it's really very fast and can stress you if you're not prepared. I finished my test with 1 minute left and I was very well prepared.
- If you do fail you can take the test again ($50 each time) and 2 times in any calendar month. Honestly, most people and even seasoned SEO/M managers will fail the first test because they aren't prepared for the curveballs Google throws at you. The learning center helps however it isn't a complete study of what you'll be asked.

I've been an SEO-M/PPC manager for nearly 5 years and the in house manager of a Telecom for 2 years. I failed my first test by 2 questions (sigh) because I wasn't prepared for the style of questioning. I took the test again the next day (after I knew what to expect) and passed 90%. Anyone with real experience in adwords management should be able to pass it the first time out and certainly by the 2nd go around.

Keep in mind that you'll be required to take the test every 2 years in order to keep your cert.
