I read in a book I found at Barnes and Nobles that there's a CSS alternative to iFrames that works almost exactly the same. Anybody know about this?

Is there any other alternative otherwise?

With CSS, there's a way to create a scroll area. Not a way to include external content...

You can use div overflow to work in a similar way to iframes but as mentioned it won't pull in content from external sources or another page.
