you don't know how to transfer the domain or how to transfer website files? Ask your domain register to push the domain to the client's account and then you need to download files and database from your hosting and give them to your client.

When you register for a new web host just check the "transfer the domain" option in the order form.

To transfer the files connect to your old host using FTP manager and download your files. Then use FTP to upload the files to your new web host.

If your site use MySQL database log in PHPmyAdmin and export the database. In the new host log in the PHPmyAdmin again and upload it.

if you are using a cpanel acount, you can do a full backup of the account and ask the new host to restore it.

That is if it's the only site that you have on your hosting account.

First Push the domain first to your customer. Downloan all your files, zip it and send it across. He will upload it.
Easites thing if u are on a single host is give the hosting account as well. :)
