You could probably find these answers via a thing called Google or also the search at the top of the page. Plenty of material throughout this website that will help you in your SEO ventures.

SEO does work, it is an industry in itself. I believe SEO will always be relevant for as long as the internet and search engines exist, and it will probably evolve into something much bigger than it is right now.

 

Your first question is useless, SEO always work, like right now we are talking on forums or posting a threa that is also a work as we are learing and sharing knowledge.
