Write good content and apply for link exchange in other sites related to your topic.
And you can also get good backlinks with dofollow blogs try them also.

I have to agree with the people here who are saying not to get too caught up in your PR. It is definitely a valuable measure, but what is it you are trying to achieve?

If your ultimate goal is a higher PR, then focus on that. But if your goal is to make more money from your site or get more visitors then your PR is far less important.

Unless your site is about internet marketing, a higher PR will not really mean more visitors. I say not really because higher PR sites do tend to attract internet marketers, especially to blogs, because they are looking for links themselves and therefore want to leave a comment.

You should focus on what it is you want to achieve and look for ways to do that specifically. If you want more visitors, get more targeted links and find ways to drive more traffic. If it is more money you want, traffic can help, but it is more important to focus on converting the traffic you already have.

Keep your eye on the prize, and the other things like PR will come.
