How to make Google pay for ad revenue less than $100

Discussion in 'Payments' started by ketting00, Feb 19, 2009.

    Hi,

I've been with adsense for three years now and my ad revenue was barely past $30, meaning $10 a year.

I've read it somewhere which I can't find the web site again that an Englishman made google pay him for every $20 he made.

Does anyone know to do that?

I want to get that $30 and quit adsense.

    Thanks

You need to cancel your account I think.
And email them stating that and they will liberate your money.

If you'd prefer to permanently cancel your account, Contact them. Upon cancellation, you'll receive your final payment within approximately 90 days of the end of the month, provided that your account balance is greater than $10.00; Google will not make payments for any earned balance less than $10.00.

    Read further procedure Here.

I would call or contact them and see what they can do. You might not have to cancel. Maybe they will see that you have been at it for so long and send you payment. Who knows. If not then cancel.

On a side note though why cancel the adsense account??? It is a lot harder these days to get approved. Why dont you just hold on to it. Or take another look at your ad groups optimize a little for some higher ecpm get some targeted traffic and give it another go

@venkatraoptc - Why is the question foolish? Cant you find a better answer for this guy except foolish...? I always think that people who say that others are foolish by asking a question are persons who infact dont know the answer and they try to appear intelligent by saying others are foolish!

@ketting00: Instead of closing the account, try to use proper adsense techniques to increase yr earnings. Use 336 blocks with striking colours just above your each posts in yr blog and match the colour background. Use striking colour link. It depends on your site.

I heard in the beginning google did not have 100$ target maybe that is old post. Google pay only if ur balance is more than 99$ or 100$ :p

Focuse traffic for ur site and blog, use best ad placement, blend ur ads and see the flow in revenue.

I feel it is not a good idea to quit.Just try finding out what made you those 30$.Was it search engine traffic or some other source of traffic? You need to give some time studying here and IMPLEMENT what you learn here.Read some good blogs on SEO.Dont expect miracles and feel that your work is over after putting up a site with adsense ads on it.YOUR WORK ACTUALLY STARTS FROM THERE........!!!:)

    Thanks you guys for advising,

    That's really cheerful.
Maybe it's time I should work harder as suggested by TheVccMatey.
