[WTS] Premium PR7 site - $1000/month revenue

    I want to sell one of my established websites.

    Website info
    Domain: .com - PM only
    Age: over 5 years (online since 2003)
    Dmoz listed
    Over 2,000 natural backlinks from .EDU-sites

    All backlinks to the website are natural and come from very respectfull websites like apple.com

    Site deisgn and scripting has been custom made and is really proffessional.

    Theme
    Website is about rss and in special 2 tools for webmasters to help them integrate rss news/headlines on their website.

    Stats
    I do not have any statcounter on it but I assume it's around 100.

    Revenue
    All revenue comes from selling links. I have adsense on it but it makes only 1-2 bucks a day so it's not worth mentioning.

    Month revenue is around $1000 but it could be a lot more because I do not sell those actively.

    Website has 1x PR7 | 3 x PR6 | 1 x PR5 pages so you have pretty much space to sell links on.
    Even if you charge $15 a month for a PR6 link and $75 for a PR7 link it will make you, selling only 10 links on each page, around $ 1300 a month.

    Reason for selling
    I have to many sites in different categories but I'm going to aim just one (arcade) so I'm selling all other websites.

    What do you get?
    Design, scripting, domain (no hosting included).

    Pricing
    I really have no idee how much is this site worth but do not look only at revenue. I will consider offers in range of 8-10K. Looking for quick sale.

    A: $ 1,962 (based on 1 dec till 19 feb)

    Q: What is average monthly revenue of the site based on a year basis?
    A: $1,696 (based on 1 whole year)

    Q: What is your BIN?
    A: I need quick cash so I will sell the site immidetly for $ 13,500 (based on current subscriptions/advertisers the site will pay off itself in 8 months)
