The last time i used adsense with a celebrity blog i was banned stating that the advertisers might be affected blah blah .....So i started another account and this time again i have reached 100 dollars with another celebrity blog and also a SEO blog [in the sig] .I have not yet got the cheque .i just reached 100 dollar a week ago.So should i remove the ads from the celebrity blog and just keep it in my SEO blog. Can i place the ads in the celebrity blog after i have got the cheque ?Thanks :)

I wouldnt worry too much, as long as your ctr isnt too high they probably wont check up on you... ;)

Anyway adsense is overrated, i stopped using it ages ago. Theres a lot of alternatives out there who pay much better.

Its better to remove....and some of the advertisers are going to complain about your content

If you are really worried of punitive action from adsense once again, what is the harm in removing them till you receive the payment from them ?

You would lose some amount of clicks and money in the process...but then....peace of mind is more important..imo

I don't think there other PPC sites even close to Adsense. By the way, what made you say Adsense is overrated?

May we know why you stopped? Was your account banned?

For the concern of the thread starter, I think Adsense works better for SEO blogs rather than celebrity blogs. It is even safer though.

Google is probably aware of your celebrity site. If the site is against their TOS, removing the ads from it for a week or two is not going to compel them to pay you for the clicks generated from it.
