    Looks legit, seems to be second hand software. It would be safer to check with Adobe regarding the licensing agreement.

    might be legit using a deal like a college would but still give adobe an email they will tell if they are or not

    Seems to be legit company ( wholesaler ). Just give them a call - that's the easiest way to find out these answers :)
