    hey all dp members, can anyone suggest me a good web directory software/script that I can install on my site & start a web-directory, the script should offer me an option of a back end, ability to see new links, waiting for approval, pending, approved ones, I should be able to add new categories, sub categories & of course distinguish Paid & free submission.

    should offer the ability to take paid submissions
    reciprocal submissions
    as well as normal free submissions.

    can anyone suggest me of a few names ?

    you wants to use PHP LD directory script for that. and it's also free script. but use only 2.1 version of PHP Ld because it's the free for link directory.

    I use PHPLD and it provides me with the features I want in a directory. And now they have a new upgrade version. You may want to try it.
