Hi, I will pay a qualified designer $5 for designing a Twitter background. I'd like for the the design to be made for 1024x768, and be a creative expression of three words that I will provide to you in a PM, once you send me one and indicate that you're interested. I'd be looking for a very creative person, do not really care about style - as long as you take the time to understand the three words, and can put it together. If you know what Twitter is, you know that the amount of work in creating something like this is very minimal - the backgrounds are very simplistic, but do allow for artistic expression. At the end, I'd want to have both the JPG and the PSD, and I will own the exclusive right to the design - you will not be able to re-use or re-sell the design in any way. You also cannot use anything that will be copyrighted or trademarked. I will finally say this, that if I like your work, you will have steady work for the next 3-4 months at least, and possibly beyond.
