    Hello!
We are offering unique service - finding caregivers for seniors and we do it free. The problem is our main page: http://www.choiceeldercare.org does not make people understand what we do and how we do it.
    What should we change?
    Any comment site overall?
    Our regional section?
    Our available caregivers section?
The goal is to start the sign up from the main page. We need to figure out how to covert traffic before we roll out affiliated program.
    Thank you!:D

The site looks nice, but nowhere could I see where it says what you do. You said it in you post "We are offering unique service - finding caregivers for seniors and we do it free.", but it's missing from the site. You need a message above the "Select, Connect, Eldercare" bit to explain what you do.

Second the form asks for an email address. Most users who just want to do a search will not want to provide an email address right at the start.

Absurdtrivia, thanks for the review! I agree there is nowhere to see what we offer.
We do offer to browse through available caregivers (for now), without registration, but our point to make people register to view. The registration is free.

The home page is too short. The designs and colors are very nice and pleasant.

I've been taking care of my mother and needed this service a few months ago! Yes, I agree you need to write exactly what you do on the site. Perhaps have a download of a brief overview of aging and end of life issues with a checklist of important aspects to cover.

In the About Us section I felt the font was a bit small and a little hard to read due to the color. Also I'd like to know about the people associated with the company close to the top, just my preference.

    Best to you!!!

I agree with you... He should clearly state what he is offering or else people vising his site will get confused on what he really is offering or his services are.

Thanks DaVincisMuse! How would you describe so people get it? I find elder care coordination is too bulky? What would you as a potential client would call it?

Thanks for review! Not sure who is "he" but I do agree that there message is missing. That's why I'm asking the comunity for advice on how it should look like and what words to use.
