    well there are also other factors, but you get a lot of people on here that play it like they have thousands of visitors and make it sound like they have all this business. But really if your in the millions on alexa, it means 1 of 2 things, either you dont have US traffic, or you dont have any traffic. There are other factors involved in selling a site, i bought a proxy network at around the same rank for only $200 so of course design, income...all of that comes in as well.
