Yahoo works a lot differently than Google when indexing websites. Try submitting your url to Yahoo. It can take weeks/months to be indexed in the search engines. Do a simple search on Yahoo like site:yourwebsite.com and it will bring up a list of files indexed by that engine. I'm assuming that you know how to rank high in Google, have you used the keyword result tool? Anyhows if you need any more advise, pop me a PM.

davidbrunt I think the algorithm of the way the site works is not needed in this situation, simply something like a sitemap, more inbound links and better SEO is required. But really I didn't want to give this away, it is upto the webmaster to work this out. I think that too many people use forums such as this as a quick guide to solving problems whereas work, research and other such things will benefit the webmaster in a much more effective way.

Hi, i read your message. Well, first of all. yahoo and google are 2 opposite SE which is they have their own algorithma alone. (We don't know about this algo) but for certain you must submit your url to yahoo then wait till it back indexed.

I agree, also regular content updates will alert the engines to index your site more regularly, if they index your site and the content is already there, they are programmed not to bother. The less regularly you update your content the less they will index SIMPLE. Plus, the more regular you update the content, the more you get re-visits from users. Give them something to come back for!

Dont worry mate. Deindexing happens with algorithms.

You should submit to social bookmark giants like Buzz.yahoo.com, Digg.com, and delicious.com and etc. Also submit to a lot of directories, favorably directories that are indexed and rank well in Yahoo and MSN. This should help you considerably well.

My God, you'd think you have a serious problem! SHEESH! For heaven's sake FORGET about Yahoo and MSN! Google traffic is a hundred times as large as Yahoo and MSN traffic combined. Continue doing whatever you're doing and don't change a thing. You do NOT want to start ranking well in Yahoo and/or MSN and find yourself rockbottom at Google. Your traffic will PLUMMET.

    Thanks for that valuable suggestion

but i though i others have top position with google/msn/yahoo(with little change in ranking) for same keywords then why not im in top for same keywords in all

if they have top position then i also want to beat them

for that i have to wait for a while , but no worries i can wait...but want to see top on all major search engine

have any idea or have any site that u have done SEO for that and its in top 3 SEs.

    give your most valuable suggestions

    thanks & Regards

That means you've got some competition then :) and luckily for you, they don't know how to optimize for google. Yahoo & Msn are actually harder ones to figure out how to get to the top of (in a competitive niche) as they don't rank links as much as google does

Try to look at what they're doing and figure out what you're not. Don't change anything that might affect your google ranking though
