    Description : Rate My Photos is a Hot or Not Rating Site which allows members to post their photos for others to rate. It uses i-rater Platinum license (Priced at $97) http://www.i-rater.com/platinum.htm . This is a non-adult website. It allows members to get to know each other, skin color, geographic banners is no issue.

    It currently has 79 members . Negliable income from Advertisement (so take as no income). The site was previously own by someone else but it was abandoned, I've bought it in April and brought the usership back up.

    There is a lot of potential prospects for the site as a social networking site and allows added promotion income.

    The new owner would be given 14 days to move the site. It is currently hosted on a Cpanel server so if you have a Cpanel/WHM server, you can do a site to site transfer.

    It comes with the i-rater Platinum 3.2.1 License (although in the control panel) it states 3.1.2. I can send you the original source for the Platinum license and the template files.

    I believe they have the v4.0 now but this does not cover this v4.0 license.

    If it is a deal, PM me for more payment details within the next 12 hours, otherwise I would probably take back the site. It is getting a little more active now.
