Infraction - thread bumping. Which thread?

    I have gotten two infractions recently for thread bumping.

    I would like to know which threads I got these infractions from.

    Also, can you not bump your own thread at all? I wait one day then bump it. But since I don't know which thread I got the infraction from I don't if that was my mistake.
