Nice logo. I think you should create categories such as food for natural weigh loss, how to exercise, etc. and add more interesting contents about weight loss. I think it would be good for your site in the long term.
I think you should consider change something in your AdSense scripts, I will change top script to large banner and include some text links into the articles. Try it, I think it should increase your earnings

The header needs to be fixed. It is not full width. Also, way too much use of "natural weight loss" keyword my eyes hurt!
Honestly, just looks like another made for adsense site. I see no reason to bookmark or return. I'm guessing minimal traffic with high bounce. Hopefully they will bounce off using ads. I think I saw a poll somewhere on DP that that asked if you had a acai berry site. 68% said they did
Add a professional logo and fix the header as it doesnt display correctly, atleast not in firefox. This is a pretty basic with nothing special to keep the person there. Take a hard look at the site and decide if you would stay and read more. You want the visitor to return later and finish reading your content not just click and leave.
good site, i have a weight loss site coming out soon and yours is much brighter and friendlier than mine The ads could do with being tidied up, thats about it.
