I liked your design, but I would make the "gold" color less illuminated and make the text one size bigger.

 

the color combination make my eyes hurt, I think you must change the gradient to make it softly...

 

I agree with him change the header it would pop

 

To be honest I'm a not a big fat of these backgrounds in the table cells... would replace them to solid colors.

 

I am not a fan of the color scheme, but thats just personal preference. Some of the navigation panes are not displaying correctly in firefox so you might want to look into that. GJ on the site!

 

Looks too wide to me, and you got some repeat problems in your coding.
