25$ - Business Logo - possible biz relationship - contest

I need a logo for my new startup The name is S i m p l i s T e c h S o l u t i o n s (no spaces).

Info to help you w/ ideas for your design:
It is a technology business targeted at small businesses and entrepreneur's. We do web design, web development, email marketing, analytics, social media marketing, data entry, etc, etc... basically all sorts of web stuff.

My requirements:
I am going to use a dark header (not a dark site, just header) like a dark blue (not sure about the blue yet, so feel free to use whatever colors) so the text will need to be able to work with that. I want a text logo with an image with it.

The future:
-Soon after this I will need a psd design for a drupal site, it will probably be similar colors to the logo and similar style.
-I am also looking for talent to use on a continuous basis for many of my clients (this logo is very much a test).

einstine - I like the text, but not the graphic so much. How would that look on a dark background.

Moosa - Text is very plain and I dont really like the graphic, that would be a good graphic for sound / medical biz... but I have neither.

Cbrown - This is my favorite so far, The graphic and colors are good. The text might be a little to hard to read though. would you put this on a dark green or red header?

IM3d - Nice entry. I like your use of color but there is something about it I dont like. Maybe its to plain for my taste or the lettering just needs to be spiced up.

Watari - I like this, It looks good. I like the colors and the graphic. Text might be a little plain. One think I like in my text is the shadow line thing, like in this logo: http://aquauto.com/

Wateri - good revision... I'm liking that a lot.

Powerslave - I like the sts thing, but I think it needs at least one more color in both the text and the graphic.

Thomas66 - thanks for the submittal, but thats not really what I'm going for, feel free to submit another.

Also, the name is a play on the word 'simplistic' (so its not simplis [space] tech).

Tightwad... I like this entry. its very similar to wateri's... but I might like the graphic better. But it does look like an S and I, not S and T.

This is a good revision, I like the cleverness of the sts. I'll have to think about it some more.

IM3D.... the more I look at your graphic, the more I like it. I just realized its an STS in the boxes.. thats slick (I was slow to see that). It might just be the font that I dont like.

Wateri... The more I look at the graphic.. the less I like it. The 'S' is hard to see and I dont like the boxes in the T.
