my domain name ukscousescene.co.uk is over 2 years old and still not got a page rank also warezcrowd.com how can i get these ranked ive submitted sitemaps 2 yahoo msn and google what els can i do

 

I have checked you domain and here is what i found:

total=1409 google=0 yahoo=543 all the web=323 altavista=543
with these links you could at least reach PR1, i don't know where those links come from (it will take time to verify) if your links are comming from High PR pages so you should get PR higher than PR1.

I think the problem is your index page has no content at all. "click here" and a header does not considered as "rich content", to get higher PR you need back links but also you need on-page optimization.

your page will never be indexed with SE for any search term.

in the other hand when people click on enter here they will be taken to another domain, basically you don't have a website and you will never get any ranking, and even if you can get PR6 you will not get any indexing in the SEs.

consider having a website first, and content rich home page

 

lenney, I'd like to help out, but I'm confused why this site's page rank is important to you? If it were my site, I'd be looking for traffic, not PR.

 

You need back links, plain and simple

but PR isn't worth squat without traffic

You don't even have the link in your sig.. the 2nd poster said you have zero backlinks in google.. you need to fix that if you are obsessed with the little green bar

 

I guess I'm just trying to figure out how Page Rank will affect your site at all. It really has little to no effect on your traffic or your SERP ranking, if that's what you're going after.

Your page rank toolbar is only an approximation of the value of an outbound link on that site's specific page... and a poor approximation at that. So many people (esp. here in the DP forums) mistakenly believe that higher Page Rank means more traffic, higher SERP ranks, etc. when, in reality, the only people trying to build PR are those wishing to sell links (higher PR = higher $ value) or build a link that will point to another site they have.

Be smarter than them, know what your goals are before you start any SEO campaign.

As for why your PR is low/NA I'd look at the value of the links you currently have, and see if you can get them to point to pages with content.

scouse is a liverpool uk person and scouse is a music style but i changed the name to a warez name

If you want to get page rank, you need to get dofollow backlinks from higher PR pages.

Try to do some link building activity like dofollow blog commenting, article submission (page's PR is very low), link purchase with dofollow, and more.

Any links with nofollow will not help you to increase page rank. Make sure it is dofollow.
