what do u think about terrorism, where it will stop ? and do u think that 3rd world war be possible between arabic countries and US,UK and India? well i think this may be possible in 2010 i m little scared because if they attack then i will definately effect by their attack because i m from the capital city of India(new delhi) what if torrorist got nuclear bombs or atomic bombs
You can't fight terror with terror. War on terrorism is a sham used to justify terror done by the US and other western governments themselves for their private profit. In a nutshell it's just good old imperialism in the new clothing. Terrorists do have nuclear bombs. Governments are terrorists. US government alone has thousands. Luckily, just as with underground terrorist organizations, if any, these governments are too afraid to start using nuclear weapons on a large scale because they're afraid of revenge. It's the "mutually assured destruction" principle at work, and that has kept us from an all out nuclear war for so long. The really important question is what happens to the government now that the economy will be so weak it wont be able to sustain them? Note that stimulus packages of no kind will save things, they just make it worse. So once this wave of stimulus business passes and things continue to go down, "s*it's gonna hit the fan" as they say. Oddly enough, US government is already in so many wars I'm not sure they'll be capable of starting any more. Here is an interesting take: http://www.lewrockwell.com/north/north683.html I think we're seeing the end of state regulated capitalism as we know it. It has collapsed and only desperate bail outs are holding it together before the inevitable complete collapse of the old way of doing things. Governments will fall. Free markets will rise.
The thing is there are always going to be people that disagree with certain things, and then there are always going to be those who take it to the extreme and introduce violence, and with a lot of information freely available on the internet such as the anarchists cookbook, there are always going to be those who will take matters into their own hands... the only thing we can hope for is a reduction in the levels, or more peaceful negotiations, however, the odds of this are slim, even with current methods of punishment, it's not deterring people from "their cause"
The biggest problem Grit, I think, is that people still actually believe in violence even when they say they don't. They think that in some cases it is legitimate, such as the glaringly obvious case of government that nobody ever mentions. People say violence is wrong except when it is done by men in special uniforms called "the police" just following orders from men in black suits called various "officials", "the president" etc. If violence is wrong why do we let them or anyone for that matter get away with it? Why do we even use their violence to our ends (and call this "democracy")? Hypocrisy is everywhere. The only way to eradicate terror is to stop believing in violence, both legal and illegal. Unfortunately for some people that requires stopping believing in governments, and starting believing solely in voluntary interaction as part of the free market. Some people are so dependent on the idea of government they can't wrap their heads around the fact that government isn't needed. Also, "anarchy" doesn't mean "chaos and disorder". It just means "without coercive ruler". Look it up. The modern use of the word is distorted. That's why I call myself a voluntaryist.
No doubt ,terrorism is the most terror in the world.... the dark truth behind terorism is that there is no reason behind terrorism..
I agree with libervisco. Alot of this "terrorism" is carried out/funded by a select few high-ranking bank owners or political leaders in North America so they can make more money and gain more power. The United States leaders have funded quite a few wars. In one instance, selling weapons to both sides during a war. It's sad that there are people out there that are so driven with power and greed that they would take the lives of thousands, but it is a sad truth. I hope one day we can look forward to a fair government that has our best interests in mind.
It's called self government. Who can know better what is in your interest than your self? Then who should govern you better than your own self? So long as you leave others to govern themselves as well instead of trying to govern them (or electing someone to govern them), no additional systems and structures are needed. The human order then simply emerges like everything else in nature. The key is to reject coercion and embrace responsibility for your self. Nothing else is necessary. Cheers
once war begins i will definately leave new delhi and may be go to GOA. i will visit hyderabad to meet you! i hope i don;t need an appointment to meet you well it will not so easy to fix this problem i agree that stimulus package will not ease the recession. it will make it more deeper, its the time of refereshment in all country bad companies(greedy) will be shut and good companies and small companies take their places. time will automatically fix this problem. i don;t understand one thing ?? can you explain me guys . specially in US , govt collect taxes from their citizens , how can they spend the big amount of money in private companies?($1trillion) if the companies got the huge profits then the profit is for company and losses beared by govt. don;t you think its wrong?
Of course it's wrong. Businesses that fail should be let to fail. That's how the free market works. But governments always disrupt the natural market forces and that alone is the cause of recessions. As for where the money comes from, part from taxes and a big part out of nothing. Federal Reserve simply types the number into a computer and voila, money is made! Not to mention all the modern money is essentially worthless anyway - backed by nothing but debt, someone's promise of debt. No real value. But, that system is finally crashing down and nothing can stop that. It is as inevitable as gravity.
I don't know if terrorism will be definitely abolished...it needs collective conscience, education and wisdom to stop violence... it's about finding new preoccupations, peaceful ones for those people who instigate the evil in the name of their illusions.
it's very hard to fight against the radical islamic terror. it has become a worlwide phenomenon. only hard and strick hand will demolish the spread of terror.

i don't think terrorism is the only big issue..i will now d world facing the financial break down..... and last night geithner revealed d bailout plan. but that was not a suitable plan...i feel so because under that plan only few major banks can be saved but not all....i don't think it's a effective bailout plan.....
Danzl1, no hard and strict hand is necessary. Violence breeds violence. People should just stop thinking that repression and/or revenge can ever solve anything. Also, there's no such thing as an effective bailout plan bhanu. But don't be afraid. Save cash short term and gold/silver and food mid to long term and depending on how much you have, you should be fine. Some even suggest buying guns and ammo in case crime rises due to jobless, desperate, angry and misled people start causing havoc... It happened in Greece you know.. and some other european countries so far. But this too shall pass. And I like to say... humanity will either live free or die. I think there's hope we'll survive, most of us, and that means that eventually, we'll be freer and more prosperous than ever. One day the majority has got to wake up to such a simple fact: violence, legal or illegal (makes no difference) should be rejected completely. No governments, no terrorists, just free people in free markets innovating, creating wealth and living awesome lives.
Terrorism mean factors who go against the peaceful society or some elements who work against the society illegal
