.PSD Web Design - $15!! + Logos & Banners! *Examples Inside*

Did you read that correctly? Yes! I will design you a single page layout in .PSD format for $15! You get FULL rights, all I ask is that I my use it in my portfolio as an example of 'previous works'. Right now I will do it at this price for as many layouts as I can afford to - once I have got enough to provide a good up-to-date portfolio I will then resume regular rates.

If you require a logo, it's an extra $5.
If you require ad banners, it's an extra $5 each.

Terms & Conditions:
a) I have the right to display any works completed at the said prices in my new portfolio - aside from this, you will receive full rights to the completed work.

b) Payment must be made via PayPal, and I must receive payment before I begin work.

c) If you aren't satisfied or I can't complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, I will issue a full refund.

Also forgot to mention, average turnaround time is under 48 hours, and in many cases under 24!

Suprised at the lack of demand for this! Anyone who's read and this be interested but possibly detered, may I ask why?

I see, but I'm offering the service at a very competetive rate, and it's very easy to find a cheap coder on here too - so the complication involved is minimal!
