I have a new site which Google indexed pretty quickly after I had submitted it.

Thing is its been changed since them with important things and I want the Google bot to go through the site again

Whats the best way to get it back so it gets the changed cached.

    Thnx

Backlinks and a few days although if it's a newish site then it might not crawl that often. I have heard of people clicking the not happy with these results link at the bottom of the page and reporting it that way but I havent tried this one before... so do that at your own risk ;)

    Suggestion:

    1. Make sure Google bot is NOT restricted from visitng your site.
    2. Increase link popularity (do directory submissions, link exchange, article submissions, forum postings, etc)
    3. Update your site with fresh new content as often as possible.
