rounded corners with shadows?

I've been scouring the internet for an good example on how to accomplish a round box which is not using absolute positioning (sizable height at the very least) and includes the following images.... tl, tr, br, bl, top, bottom, left, right. (Right now I'm using a table, ugh!)

I have seen many handling the first four image types, but I haven't been able to find one that handles all the different sides without using tables.

Could someone give me detailed tips on how to do this with divs or point me to a good tutorial on this?

    Thanks,
    Stephen
