    You could try checking their banklinks on Yahoo to see where they're listed, and you could use a keyword spy tool to see what keywords they advertise under. This won't tell you who clicked on the link, but it'll give you an idea of where they're listed.

    There are a number of back link tools, adwords tools, etc. designed to reverse engineer a competitors site. But the only real way to know is to have access to their log files.

    Thanks everyone. Basically by looking at who is linking to the website you can assume that these sites are sending the website traffic.
