Hello, I've recently started up a site called www.101photoshopbrushes.com I will pay someone to do all off site seo, to make my site on the front page, for the term 'Photoshop Brushes'. When the site is on the first page a payment of 40US will be made, then a further 60US will be payed when the site has been up for a month and if you can rank in the top 3 positions, I will pay a further 100US (total 200US). Any methods are fine with me, as long as there is no black hat SEO.

Please pm if you think you're up for the job.

TO MODS: I'm sorry if this is the wrong section, this was the best I could find.

have you tried the buy sell section?

btw, with over a mill competing results, good luck getting to page 1 for a couple hundred bucks.

Like contentboss says, you're not going to get much for $200. You can find someone to do a bit of link-building of the directory-forum-blog commenting variety, but that's about all you'll get for that sort of money.

Have to agree, you'll probably be wasting your money, it's like buying a cheap suit, you spent less than for a good one, but you can't really go anywhere decent with it. All you'll get for your budget are scammers or newbies. You might as well try doing it yourself.

How much do you reckon it would cost to get on the first page for that term?

It will take a while, since you're directly competing with around 140K sites (allintitle:photoshop Brushes), that means doing research, then on-page SEO, then getting links. You're not paying for 1 term, it does not really work that way, it's more of a process than a one-time fix.

But, from a professional SEO point of view, the right approach is to find many related terms, easier to rank for, but with less search volume, and work your way up from there. An example is to start with terms like: adobe photoshop brushes. photoshop grunge brushes, brushes for photoshop, download photoshop brushes, photoshop brushes swirls, etc... If you research you'll see that some of these terms have much less competition than others. Start with the easier ones.

It means creating lots of new content, try adding 3-4 pages a week. Don't stuff your pages with keywords, use them naturally. And offer quality to your visitors. If users like your sites (low bounce rates, high page view rates, etc), then so will Google, after a while.

Add more text to your site, and don't stuff all your alt tags with "photoshop brushes", be more descriptive. Overusing a keyword, will harm your rankings for that keyword.

Also read up on SEO for Wordpress, there are a few issues you'll need to deal with.

Get rid of the right block with "125x125 Banner Ads" or put ads there, it looks ugly now and will turn visitors off. Give every page a unique title and description, get rid of your robots meta, the syntax is wrong, and get some incoming links.

Paying someone like me to do this for you will be expensive ($25/hour), since the work is on the whole site, not for a term, and it probably will not make financial sense, unless the site is geared to generate over a $500 a month. But I just gave you a good start. Start reading and play around with it. A great SEO resource is www webmasterworld com.
