I just made a new website gamermerchant.com it is a classifieds site where people (gamers) can post anything for free related to video games I think the design looks basic, but should i change anything? feedback please thank you
The website looks good however it does need a little bit of work. The logo is good but the quality of the image has to be better. Also the background image has to be widened to fit behind the menu/content.
Nice clean layout. I don't think you need much graphics as it will not only slow down the site but also give it a messy look. I personally like clean designs so I give you 7/10 for this one. I also like your logo. nice job!
I wouldn’t charge anything. I had a failed classified ads site a while back for landlords to post vacant units, but craigslist’s free service was hard to compete with. Maybe once the site takes off, try adding a paid option for a featured advertisement. …oh…and put that cool logo as a favicon
i like the logo but it needs to be created to be the size you want it. i'm guessing it's alot smaller than it appears on your website, or it's just poor quality. also you need to have a little more fading in it to match the rest of the page. at the bottom i think you should remove the parallel line. it just doesn't go with the rest of the design. the menu headers should be a little darker just so you can make them out a little better. but it's a nice clean design. i like it alot.
This site is really good; I like the header, but maybe you need to put in a background idk maybe not and maybe it needs a little touch-up on the fonts.
thank you guys for the advice the background is a light gray to silver which I personally like as for the fonts I might go with something more "professional" and I'm making a fav icon as well
your logo should be bigger clearer and maybe shadowed...balance the menu options and it should be golden.
The loading time is good. Your site looks very clear and the content is also very less, try to add more in home page. And also add some images in that looks attractive.
