wow great, I have just begun using adsense on a few of my sites and it is doing ok. I am looking into what the alternatives are and optimization techniques.

Just a note though; these reviews don't quite focus on search engine optimization. They're general overviews of design, focus and content with some constructive critiques or suggestions. So it's more about user experience. These reviews do potentially help SEO though thanks to the anchor text and tags you get to choose, and some extra visibility (which will grow as the site grows).

Expert SEO reviews and such are specialized services that are out there and are, as far as I know, usually much more expensive
