No, you can be in any country, but you have to submit the forms to change the private limited company ownership.

An interesting thread and for a website hosting company you earn a fair bit from.

Why do you decided to sell when obviously a lot of potential can be earned...

    ~ Mike

EDIT: After reviewing the website carefully, and looking closely at the design and how it varies on many pages. I am not longer interested.

    Best Wishes,
    ~ Mike

    Hi Mike

thanks for your question, as you can imagine this is an incredibly difficult time with the credit crunch claiming many victims in the retail sector and job losses, i too find myself without a job.

A little back history for you, i have been with gserve a year working with the former owner slowly gaining his trust until i became an assistant manager but for the reasons mentioned above james found it very difficult to continue and put the company up for sale, i purchased thesite then found out i had lost my job.

a lot of care and attention has went into gserve, our clients are generally very happy and as such rarely get tickets being opened, this site has been a labour of love for both james and myself and i have seen first hand the hadwork put in by james.

i will be incredibly sad to see it go but want to make sure it is going to the right person, GServe has been part of my life for the last year and take pride saying i have been part of this companies journey, but it is time for its journey and story with james and myself to come to an end, i think someone out there can continue the hard work put in. There is no end date for this site sale simply because this site is worth much more to me than money, youare buying a small family or a brother or sister. We have really sunk our hearts into GServe and we really want to achieve a price suited to this site full of care attention and detail.

edit - Mike I really am not sure what you are supposed to be seeing that is different on every page, the site is the same on every page, rather pernickety, however the site will be sold and you will be kicking yourself, this is a very good opportunity, may i remind you that GServe's website is hand built and not a template which your site appears to use. GServe's website is ten times better than the previous site which was up.

They have put up a notice of closure, yet you can still order hosting?
Secondly, why is it when you try to register a .co.uk domain, no matter how bizarre - it says it is already registered?

I like this site, and I can see some potential in it, but there is something not quite right about it, and I cannot put my finger on it
