    Won't there be any copyright issue? Do you own the image publishing rights? Theme developer is also DP member, so you should put back the link back to the developer or change the theme.

    You should also disable Directory Indexes, I could browse through freely on list of images hosted on the site [ http://onlinemasty.com/data/media/6/ ]. :p

    Please PM me the channel stats of that site. If possible you can host my ads or some one from DP's ads on the site for a day to validate your revenue through site.
