Best way to get (or even trick) users into clicking your ads?

We all know that adsense is not the best way to get rich, but there's got to be ways to get your users to click your ads more often without violating the TOS?

Any advice or examples much appreciated!

 

I mean this is just ridiculous:

Page impressions Clicks Page CTR Page eCPM [?] Earnings
3,268 5 0.15% $0.87 $2.84

And that's even with me trying to trick the user into clicking the youtube video ads by saying "See the video below"

 

I think that is no trick in adsense but I'm sure that the secret of adsense is traffic and ads placement

 

5 clicks and $2.84 is a good earnings.

 

guys did you notice the ad placement of photocuket in the middle? Damn I always accidentally click their ad everytime I will upload pictures.

 

Yeah, I know, that's like unheard of! Which makes it even more lame. If I had 1MM visitors a day I'd make $847 a day, if I had 100k visitors I'd make $84 a day. It's pretty near impossible to get 1MM visitors a day without spending well over $800 in advertising a day, and even if you can get 100k visitors, which is also very tough, $84 bucks is only around $30k a year lol

 

I have the same page impressions and im getting about triple times of clicks and less than 1$ - you can feel good with your earnings

 

Blend and more blend. Contents that makes users want to find out more about the given topic will increase the CTR too.

 

Great tip. This instantly makes me think of putting ads blended into my user generated comments.
