It is a paid theme, which you can purchase here http://www.revolutiontwo.com/themes It is illegal to download/use it without paying because that is piracy.
I'm sorry. I posted the wrong link. I do not like the Revolution 2 themes. I dont want the revolution 2 theme. I want the revolution theme that really was free located at http://www.revolutiontheme.com/demo/ I want it sooo bad.
It is made by the same person and I know that the regular revolution theme also cost money. I don't see that theme for sale anymore and I don't see it for free either, so I assume they stopped selling them so that there aren't too many copies out there (either that or they updated and renamed them.) You should ask Brian Gardner where you can find them. I really doubt the original revolution themes are free though...
Brian Gardner did offer that Revolution theme free for quite some time. However according to due to switching over to Revolution2: this blog post "About the current Revolution themes… As of 12:00 midnight, October 31st, they will no longer be available on the site. " My suggestion, try e-mailing him to see if it's still available for free though I believe he plans on putting it back up for sale once he has it fully updated to work with Wordpress 2.7 (the old version doesn't fully support a couple of the new features.)

It was probably free when he was seoing the links by submitting it to multiple sites for his link submissions doubt you will find a free version anymore.
